Please complete this registration form for each person in your family. You will be given the option to add additional people to your registration after the first one is entered.

A note about lodging:
Our hotel block is now full, although rooms may still be available at the Sheraton, outside of our block.
You have three options for housing:

1. Call the Sheraton directly (913-234-2100) to attempt to book a room at the hotel.  Tell them you are part of the Heartland Jubilee group, and ask if they would apply the group rate of $109 for your room. (They are not required to do so, but might still honor the request.)

2. Book at another nearby hotel. View some options here.

3. Make your own arrangements with friends or family.
